How much do you charge to manage a holiday rental?
An 18% + VAT commission on booking income, with no lock-in and no sign-up fee. It is one of the most competitive rates on the Costa del Sol (the market standard is 18%–25%) and, unlike other agencies, repairs are carried out by our own in-house trades — not subcontractors.
Is there a lock-in or long exclusivity contract?
No. We work with no lock-in: you can stop working with us whenever you want. We believe an owner stays for results, not because a contract traps them.
Do you handle the VFT tourist licence?
Yes. We register your property as a Vivienda con Fines Turísticos (VFT) with the Junta de Andalucía, prepare the paperwork and handle guest registration with the police. The regulations changed in 2024–2026 and we advise you on the current requirements.
What if my property needs renovation to rent better?
We are first and foremost a renovation company with our own team since 2010. We can make your property rent-ready and calculate how much the nightly rate will rise before you invest. No pure rental agency can offer this with a workmanship guarantee.
