What makes your full management different from a normal agency?
We cover the whole cycle with our own team: buy, renovate, maintain, care for and monetise. Rental agencies subcontract any serious work or repair; renovators finish and leave. We are the only one doing all four, with a workmanship guarantee since 2010.
Can I choose only some services?
Yes. You can book only what you need (for example home care only, or rental management only) and expand whenever you want. Full management simply brings it all together with one point of contact and price.
Do you publish your prices?
Yes, on purpose. Rental management 18% + VAT with no lock-in, home care from €99/month, cleaning from €45. Most competitors hide their rates; we believe transparency builds trust.
I'm a non-resident foreign owner. Is this for me?
It's exactly for you. We manage your property in your absence, communicate in your language and coordinate everything (works, maintenance, rental) so you only have to enjoy it or get paid.
