What does home care include and how much is it?
From €139/month it includes fortnightly video inspections, keyholding, utilities checks and a general review of the property. We add pool, garden, mail handling or more frequent visits as needed. Everything is documented with photos in your dashboard.
What do you do about the risk of squatting?
Detect it early and tell you straight away. On every visit we check locks, access points and any sign of occupation, and we notify you the same day with photos. A property with regular presence and no mail piling up is a far less attractive target than one nobody has entered for months. What we do not do, because it is a matter for the police or the courts and not for a renovation company, is evict occupants or provide permanent surveillance.
If something breaks while I'm away, who fixes it?
Our own plumbers, electricians and builders. We don't rely on subcontractors: that means fast response, controlled quality and a guarantee. It's the key difference versus a keys-only company.
Do you hold keys securely?
Yes. We combine keyholding with smart access control (home automation): we know who enters and when, with a log of every entry and a limited number of authorised people. We also respond to any incident in under 24 hours. We can let in tradespeople, deliveries or you on arrival, and coordinate a check-in if you also rent.
I live abroad — how do you keep me informed?
You get a report with video and photos after each inspection, and any incident is reported to you immediately in your language. We are your eyes on the ground on the Costa del Sol.
