Do you offer regular maintenance plans?
Yes. We design a tailored preventive plan (monthly, quarterly or seasonal) that checks installations, AC, pool and general condition to prevent costly breakdowns before they happen. We also handle one-off repairs.
Why maintenance with you rather than a handyman?
Because we have our own team across every trade and a workmanship guarantee since 2010. A handyman fixes small things; we cover everything from a silicone joint to a serious electrical fault or a renovation, with one point of contact and controlled quality.
How fast do you respond to an emergency?
We offer a 24h response for incidents and prioritise real emergencies (a leak, an electrical panel, AC that won't cool in August). As an in-house team we don't depend on third parties' schedules.
I'm non-resident — do you coordinate access?
Yes. With our home care service we hold the keys and coordinate every job without you needing to be present or travel. You receive a report with photos of the work done.
Do you also maintain the pool and garden?
Yes, as part of the plan or separately: water treatment, cleaning, pump checks and outdoor care so the property is always presentable, whether you use it or rent it.
