What is a rent-ready renovation?
A renovation designed specifically to maximise holiday-rental returns: durable, low-maintenance materials, layouts that add sleeping capacity, bathrooms and kitchen that raise the listing tier, and details that improve reviews. We calculate how much the nightly rate can rise before you invest.
Do you both renovate and manage the rental?
Yes, and that's our key difference. We are a renovation company with our own team since 2010 and we also manage the holiday rental at 18% with no lock-in. One provider to get the property ready and monetise it.
How much do returns increase after a rent-ready renovation?
It depends on the property and area, but an updated kitchen and bathrooms, more sleeping capacity and better photos lift the nightly rate, occupancy and rating. We present a return estimate before starting.
I'm non-resident — can you handle it all without me being there?
Yes. We coordinate the renovation remotely with video reports and, once finished, we start the rental management. Communication in your language from start to finish.
