To let in Andalusia the property must be registered with the Andalusian Tourism Registry as a tourist dwelling (code VUT/MA/ plus five digits) (Andalusian rules updated by Decree 31/2024; separately, since 3 April 2025 Articles 7.3 and 17.12 of the Horizontal Property Act require the owners' association's prior express approval by 3/5 of owners and quotas). In 2026 the Supreme Court annulled the state Single Registry under RD 1312/2024, so that number no longer needs to be requested. We verify the Andalusian, municipal and owners' association requirements that apply to your property. Fuengirola's town hall may set limits in specific buildings and areas; we check this before registering the property.
