The goal is minimal maintenance between visits and long-term performance without constant attention.
Autumn and winter (October–February) are typically the best windows — the property is usually unoccupied and contractors have more availability. Works started in October are generally ready by spring. If the property is rented during summer, this window avoids lost rental income.
We coordinate key handover and access with whoever you designate — a trusted neighbour, property manager, building administrator or community caretaker. We manage the site autonomously and contact you only when a decision requires your input.
