How much do you charge to manage a holiday rental?
18% + VAT on booking income, with no lock-in and no sign-up fee. It's among the most competitive rates on the Costa del Sol (the standard is 18%–25%) and includes repairs by our own in-house trades.
How much is home care for an empty property?
From €149/month: one video inspection a month, keyholding, utilities checks and a general review. Pool, garden, mail or more frequent visits are added as needed.
How much does cleaning cost?
From €129 per turnover service for properties up to 80 m²; above that, quoted by size. The final price depends on size, condition and whether it includes laundry or restocking.
Why do you publish prices when almost nobody does?
