If the renovation includes a false ceiling, ducted systems are the most elegant choice: only the grilles are visible and air distribution is even and quiet. Aerothermal technology goes further, covering climate control, underfloor heating and domestic hot water from a single heat pump. We size by thermal load, not floor area: the old rule of 100 frigorías/m² falls short against large south-facing windows.
