We start by taking precise measurements and producing a 3D layout plan before anything is touched. On site, work begins with dismantling and stripping out the old wall and floor tiles; we then re-run the plumbing (new water feeds and waste pipes with the correct falls) and the electrics to REBT standard, with dedicated circuits for the oven, induction hob and other high-draw appliances.
